COVID-19 AND YOUR PERSONAL INSURANCE BROKER

To Our Valued Clients, Customers and Partners,

At All Nevada Insurance (ANI) we are committed to help you in getting through such unprecedented times.  We sincerely hope you all are doing well despite the state of affairs currently affecting our daily lives and know this too shall pass.

In light of the recent concerns, we have taken precautions.  As an insurance agency we are considered an essential business; however, a majority of our offices around the valley have opted for safety first for our staff and for our community. We are open for business via technology through use of telephones, email, online conferencing and use of our online customer service portal. We are working closely with our carrier partners to support those being affected financially so if you are concerned about your payments, please be sure to give your agent a call so we can see how we can work along side with you to lessen the stress.

Please feel free to visit our website at www.allnevadainsurance.com or www.aniinc.us and choose our customer service portal.  If you have a registered email and mobile phone registered with us, you will be able to request changes online. We are only accepting electronic payments at this time by only taking a debit/credit card or using your routing and account information.  If you are more comfortable speaking to your personal insurance broker, please contact them on their office phone during normal business hours.  Hold times may be slightly longer than usual since many of our agencies are now working remotely.  We appreciate your patience as we continue to strive to work in excellence.

You are very important to us and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Our best to you and your families.  We will get through this together.

The All Nevada Insurance team
