What started as a fun competition between two friends with a love for boxing, has greatly grown and evolved since 2010. But with the years it has grown into more, evolved if you will. A community that raises each other up and supports one another. To allow us all to succeed and feel as though we matter.
To provide our US Veterans in need. From Housing, medical, prosthetics, and support on a personal level.
Over the last decade from the support of ANI and its co-owner Vincent Mannino II, Event Chairman, we have successfully raised over 300,000 dollars for this wonderful foundation.
For many, Veterans Day marks the beginning of the fall season. For those that love pumpkin, here is an easy recipe for you to enjoy. We look forward to your continued support in fundraising, of which we are now over 62,000 dollars.
It’s surprisingly good: creamy and savory with just an undertone of autumny goodness. This easy hummus recipe can be thrown together in just 10 minutes! And all you need is a food processor. Are you ready?
Though it may seem weird as pumpkins are notoriously very overpowered in flavor. But with this recipe it blends perfectly. The hummus provides the cool, relaxing autumn feel without losing that iconic hummus pop. Due to the hummus having a faint sweet taste it can be used with Savory or Sweet pairings. Grab yourself some crackers, pita, or apple & pear slices.
All you’ll need is:
- Garbanzo Beans or Chickpeas
- Olive oil
- Orange Juice
- Pomegranate seeds
It’s a great snack for home or treat to bring for a get together. Add another thing you can throw pumpkin in during the fall.
